Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Finland, selected EU countries, and many international destinations.
Which delivery companies do you use?
We currently offer shipping with Posti and Matkahuolto depending on the destination and selected delivery method.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Finland: 1–5 business days
- EU countries: varies by destination
- International orders: depends on customs and local delivery services
Can I pick up my order in Espoo?
Yes. Local pickup is available in Espoo by arrangement after placing the order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping may be available during selected campaigns or for larger orders.
Are prices VAT included?
Yes. All displayed prices include applicable VAT where required.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
For orders outside the EU, customs duties or local import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Chocolate & Ingredients
Are your chocolates handmade?
Yes. Our chocolates are handmade in small batches in Espoo, Finland.
Do your chocolates contain nuts?
Many of our products contain nuts or may contain traces of nuts.
How should I store the chocolate?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do you use original recipes?
Yes. Our collections are based on our own flavor combinations and recipes.
Warm Weather & Melting
What happens during hot weather?
Chocolate is sensitive to heat and may soften or melt during unusually warm temperatures during shipping.
Although the product remains safe to eat, slight melting or cosmetic changes are not considered product defects.
Returns & Issues
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and products so we can assist you.
Can I return food products?
Due to food safety regulations, opened food products cannot usually be returned.
Gift Orders
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, gift wrapping may be available for selected products and occasions.
The cost is 4 euro per gift box.

Can I send an order directly as a gift?
Yes. You may enter the recipient’s shipping address during checkout.
