All products sold are food products (chocolate) intended for personal consumption.
Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in appearance, texture, or color may occur due to handmade or small-batch production and do not affect product quality or safety.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
5. Orders
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully completed and an order confirmation has been sent.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Responsibility and risk for the order transfer to the customer once the parcel has been delivered.
7. Temperature Sensitivity & Seasonal Shipping
Chocolate is sensitive to temperature. During warm weather, heat waves, or extended transport times, minor melting or changes in texture may occur despite careful packaging.
Such changes do not affect product safety or edibility and do not qualify as a defect or grounds for a refund.
Customers are advised to retrieve their parcel promptly upon delivery.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Exception)
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to food products that are perishable or not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this exception.
9. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the product and packaging.
After review, we may offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Refunds are not issued based on personal taste preferences, improper storage, or claims made after the reporting period.
10. Storage and Use
Chocolate products must be stored in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
We are not responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
11. Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with nuts, milk, soy, and other allergens.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before placing an order.
12. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
Orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details are not eligible for refund.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, strikes, customs delays, or governmental actions.
14. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland.
Any disputes shall be resolved primarily through mutual agreement. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to Finnish law and the competent courts of Finland.
