6. Temperature Sensitivity
Chocolate is sensitive to temperature. During warm weather or heat waves, minor melting or changes in texture may occur during transport despite careful packaging.
Such changes do not affect product safety or edibility and do not qualify for a refund.
Customers are advised to collect their parcel promptly upon delivery.
7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
Orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect address information or non-collection are not eligible for refund.
